The safety and well-being of our customers and employees are our top priorities. For this reason, we have decided to take precautionary action and temporarily close our lobbies to public access as of Thursday March 19, 2020. We want to assure you that our work and your banking will not be disrupted. Our technological infrastructure will allow us to continue helping your day-to-day banking needs.

Attention West Branch Customers:

DEBIT CARDS - Your replacement card under CITIZENS STATE BANK is scheduled to be mailed the week of March 2nd to March 6th. PLEASE DO NOT ACTIVATE THESE CARDS UNTIL MARCH 16th. Your existing card will work until this day!

BANK STATEMENTS - You will receive a bank statement from State National Bank dated March 13th representing activity through this day. On March 31st you will receive a bank statement from Citizens State Bank representing the remainder of the month. We are waiving any services charges for the month of March!

CHECK CUSTOMERS - Your current State National Bank checks will continue to process as normal, even after the March 16th conversion date.  The next time you place a check order, you will receive Citizens State Bank branded checks.  However, if you’d like to obtain checks branded as Citizens State Bank, you may simply return your unused State National Bank checks to the West branch. Upon receipt, they will order you a FREE box of checks.

ONLINE BANKING and BILL PAY-Citizens State Bank will not be moving your State National Bank Online Banking or Bill Pay information into our website.

Any bills set to be paid from State National Bank’s online banking system after March 13, 2020 will not be paid and will have to be set-up in CITIZENS STATE BANK online Bill Pay system. Please arrange to pay your bills by this day or to make alternate arrangements for payment.

Please remember to keep a record of your current bills, payees and scheduled payments that are set to occur after March 13, 2020 so they can be re-entered into the Citizens State Bank Bill Pay system once you enroll.

You may self-enroll in our Online Banking system starting March 16, 2020 by logging into www.citizensstatebanktx.com. After enrollment you will need to contact Customer Service at 903-322-4256, toll free at 844-603-6296 or your local branch at 254-826-3741 to be enrolled in Bill Pay.
